What to expect when working with us

Our Process

01. Consultation

Let's meet over Zoom or coffee for a quick chat. We'll talk about your goals, walk through your wedding plans, and figure out whether we're a good match. If you decide to sign us, you'll send 33% of your retainer to book your big day.

02. Second Meeting

This session will give us a chance to get further acquainted and start building your narrative. You'll share your stories as individuals and as a couple-along with any photos and videos that will become part of your film.
After this meeting, our team will reach out to your planner, photographer, and any other vendors you're collaborating with to ensure full collaboration from the start.

03. Story Session

Story sessions are what make our approach truly unique. Together, we'll go on an adventure to revisit your most cherished memories and capture the footage and audio that will bring your film to life.
Whether you want to tell us about that magical first date while sitting in the restaurant where it happened or share the story of how you met as you stroll around your favorite city, we'll dive deep into every moment that guided you to "I do."

04. Questionnaire & vendor check-in

After the story session, we'll send a final questionnaire to learn more about your wedding details. We'll ask about the people and moments that are important to you, iron out logistics, and record any specia requests.
Additionally, we'll check in with your vendors to ensure we all work as one cohesive team on your big day.

05. Wedding

By the time your wedding day arrives, we'll be more than just videographers-we'll be deeply invested storytelling partners committed to capturing your event in the most authentic and meaningful light.
Rather than giving directions or staging shots, we'll stand by your side and let your love lead the way- fully immersed in making the most of every beautiful moment.

06. Film Delivery

We'll share a beautifully customized private site where you can download your wedding film to share with friends, family, and generations to come.
No frame will be wasted! Whether your wedding lasts six hours or fourteen, our team will ensure the final product looks, sounds, and feels exactly as you dreamed it would.
